Major Project Status

Priority Projects
- ARB Building/Kitchen remodel into the new Community Room is on target for mid April completion.
- Final inspection and testing on the newly installed community wide Irrigation System
- Drainage improvement including raising of the fallen and/or poorly installed drainage basins
- Minor Road Repairs including removal of problem areas, crack sealing and repaving
- Removal and leveling on problematic safety issues on roadways
- Crack repair on sections of sidewalk on WHW
- Security System Upgrades
A contractor has been solicited for a bid on these projects and we should have cost for board review at the March BOD Meeting.
Secondary Short-Term Projects
- Staining and treating the new wood at the playground, vista bridge, pool deck and boat dock railings. The BOD has picked the color and the POA
maintenance team will begin work as weather allows. - Solar Lighting on Boardwalk and Boat Dock Walkway – POA Office is currently sourcing lighting.
- Lost Cove Lane and Sharks Tooth Trail bridge clean & paint – POA Office is currently seeking proposals for review at the March BOD Meeting
- Boat Ramp improvements/Stabilization
- Street Monuments & Sign repair/replace
- Pool Area Furniture Replacement – POA is currently working on sourcing and pricing.
