Major Project Status

Priority Projects

• New Storage - The BOD has approved the installation of a new storgae shed at the maintenance yard.  The new stroage will be used for Events Committee supplies, freeing space in the boathouse for possible additional water craft storage.
• POA road safety/maintenance work will include new pedestrian & golf cart crossing road stripping and new signage.
• Irrigation Pump Replacement has been approved by the BOD.  Replacement will not occur until after the growing season and the pumps can down for several days without causing damage to the landscape.
• Landscape Upgrade - The Traffic Circle landscape upgrade has been approved.  Brightview is sourcing plant material and scheduling the installation team.
• BOD has approved the repairs to the Lost Cove bridges.  This project is scheduled to start July 13th
• BOD approved the installation of 2 new security cameras on Pinfish and Wild Heron Way and on Salamander near the pump house (Sharks Tooth hole 2).  Poles have been placed, internet and electric are scheduled to be activated to the camera locations.
• BOD has approved the cost to add landscape lighting to 17 monumnets. Anticipation for this project to be completed in the 3rd quarter.
• Community Signage - The POA BOD has approved the replacement of the Amenity Center signage and the Courtside Monument sign.  Production time is 6-8 weeks.
• POA Maintenance Team is currently replacing and painting street sign posts and wooden fences throughout the community.
• Installation of an outdoor TV in the Pool Pavilion - Completed
• Phase 2 of the Pool Deck Furniture Upgrade - Completed
• Pool Deck Painting Project - Completed
• Guard House Painting - Completed
• Installation of 2 new TVs for the Fitness Center - Completed
• New Fitness Center Flooring Installation - Completed
• Fitness Center & Restroom Painting - Completed
• Paint & Repair Monuments Community Wide - Completed
• Boathouse Storage Organization - Completed.  The POA Office will be contacting owners that are the waitlist to fill the available spaces.
• Crepe Mrytle Tree Trimming - Completed

• Staining and Treating the Vista Bridge.
